Refund Policy

At AuraLead Digital LLC, we are committed to providing the highest caliber of coaching and leadership development. Because our services require significant dedicated time and preparation from our coaches, our refund policy reflects the necessary commitment to the process.

1. 1:1 Coaching Engagements

For executive, business, and career coaching engagements, clients may cancel the remainder of their contract at any time with 14 days written notice. Pre-paid sessions that have not occurred prior to the cancellation date will be refunded on a prorated basis. Sessions that have already been conducted are strictly non-refundable.

2. Corporate Training & Workshops

Deposits paid to secure dates for corporate training workshops or offsites are non-refundable. If an event must be rescheduled by the client, we will apply the deposit to a future date if notified at least 30 days in advance. Cancellations within 30 days of the scheduled event date will require full payment as outlined in the service contract.

3. Digital Products and Assessments

Any digital materials, proprietary frameworks, or psychometric assessments purchased directly through our platform are final sale and non-refundable once accessed or delivered.

4. Our Guarantee

We do not guarantee specific financial results or promotions, as execution rests with the client. However, if after your first full session you feel the coaching relationship is not a fit, notify us within 24 hours of that session. We will cancel the remainder of your contract and refund any pre-paid amounts for future sessions, including the session already completed.
