By accessing the website at auraleaddigital.com and engaging the services of AuraLead Digital LLC, you agree to be bound by these terms of service.

1. Services Provided

AuraLead Digital LLC provides executive coaching, leadership development, business coaching, and corporate training. The specific scope, duration, and fees for these services are outlined in individual Client Agreements signed prior to the commencement of work.

2. Nature of Coaching

You acknowledge that coaching is a collaborative process. AuraLead Digital LLC cannot guarantee specific business outcomes, financial results, or promotions. The client is solely responsible for their decisions, actions, and results.

3. Scheduling and Cancellations

Clients are expected to provide at least 24 hours' notice for session cancellations or rescheduling requests. Missed sessions without prior notice may be forfeited depending on the terms outlined in your specific Client Agreement.

4. Intellectual Property

All frameworks, tools, workshops, and materials provided by AuraLead Digital LLC during engagements remain the intellectual property of AuraLead Digital LLC. They are provided for the client's internal and personal use only and may not be distributed or commercialized without written permission.

5. Confidentiality

We adhere to strict confidentiality standards. Information shared during coaching sessions remains private, subject to the limits of the law (e.g., in cases of imminent harm to self or others).

6. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Mississippi. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Forrest County, Mississippi.
